CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS POLICIES

I understand that everyone leads busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. I will take into consideration genuine circumstances, however the following policies apply;

LATE ARRIVALS

You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let me know. I will do what I can to accommodate you, however I may not have time to complete the whole service. In which case, you may need to make another booking or have to reschedule your appointment entirely which may result in a fee.

I will also give you the same courtesy. I generally run to schedule, but if I find myself running behind I will do my best to inform you.

CANCELLATIONS

I am self-employed and run my business on an appointment basis. If I have a last minute cancellation or no show you are not only taking that appointment time away from someone else but I also have a loss of income. Please be mindful of this if needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment and understand why the following policies apply;

At least 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations – this includes the rescheduling of an appointment or drastic changes to your appointment. e.g. If you are booked in for a cut and colour but choose to not have the colour, please give notice prior to your appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a charge of $50.

No show appointments will be charged a fee of $100.
