  • ANYA hair salon is located in Paddington, Brisbane.

    173 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington, QLD, 4064

  • Easy, free parking is available in the parking lot directly behind the salon located off Hazelwood Street. You may also find street parking but please remember to check parking sign for time restrictions.

  • The easiest way to book an appointment with me is by filling out the form on the Bookings page

  • Unfortunately no, I am unable to accommodate for extra people during your visit. Please be mindful that we are a small freelance hairdressing studio and we have limited space in the salon.

  • We consciously choose to only use clean, toxin free and sustainable Australian products that work hard to take care of us and the environment.

    This include Original & Mineral colour, the most advanced and effective ammonia free, PPD free and resorcinol free colour range on the market. And the sulphate free, paraben free, cruelty free, vegan haircare brands Kevin Murphy, O&M, and O&M

Online Store

  • The online store accepts all major cards via Stipe or you can pay using your PayPal account.

    In salon I accept all major cards, including AMEX.

  • Once your order is received I will do my very best to get them in the post within 2 business day. Once posted you will then receive tracking information regarding the expected delivery time. Please nothello@byanya.com.aue that sometimes there are delays with deliveries that are out of my control.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased, you are welcome to request a refund. We make no guarantees that your refund request will be requested, and ask that you provide all relevant information via email, including:

    Your name and email address

    Your order number and the item/s purchased

    The reason for your refund request

    We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail.

    For items damaged on arrival, if possible please provide photos. 

    We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund.

    We will refund postage costs required to return faulty or damaged items.

    The salon is open Monday - Friday by appointment. Once your order is placed, if you have chosen to collect your order in salon an email will be sent to you outlining the times the salon will be open for collection.
